Great to see the new web site with heaps of info. My dog Zoe stayed over Christmas and we were very happy with the friendly staff, location and safety aspect, she will differently be staying again (much more accommodating than the Wellington kennels). What a surprise to look at your gallery and see Zoe looking back at me.

Wags Pet Hotel is hands down the best pet hotel experience I have ever had! The personal service and attention that Lisa and Martyn gave to my two dogs was just amazing. I was able to have peace of mind that my two boys were in great hands while I was away on holiday. They really are wonderful people who truly care about your fur babies. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, the care, safety and just great experience for my two boys is so worth it to me.

I absolutely recommend Wags Pet Hotel to anyone looking for a well run, clean, friendly environment for their beloved pooches. It is by far one of the best kennels I’ve used. Thanks so much Lisa for taking such good care of Mojo and Norbert.
We have put our Dog into Wags twice now and have found it great. I would recommend Wags Pet Motel to other people and have done so. Indy comes back to us very happy. I think she loves going there. Thanks so very much for taking such great care of her. You will be seeing us again. Love the place.
I highly recommend Wags. A rescue dog with some separation anxiety, Zinny made the transition from day-care to staying in the kennels with ease. He obviously felt very happy and secure at Wags because although it’s a few months since his last stay, he still tries to enter your driveway on his walks along Mako Mako Road!
Wags Pet Hotel and the staff gives me assurance that my dogs are looked after. Great friendly staff and they were happy show us around their boarding/daycare centre.
The travel from Wellington is worth it and their social media page gives me assurance the dogs are well looked after.
For anyone with dogs I would highly recommend this awesome heavenly place.
