DOG BOARDING
- *CD refers to per Calendar Day
- We charge from the day of arrival to the day of collection – CD. If collection of your pet is before 9.30 am the next day, there is no charge for that day, except for December & January and public holidays where discounts don’t apply.
- Our December/January rates apply from Mid December through to the January 31st.
- It is our discretion to determine which size category your dog/s will be charged.
- Payment for your pet’s care is required on the arrival of your pet by eftpos, cash or credit card. Credit card payments attract a 3.5% service fee . All booked and additional days will be charged in full.
- Large and giant dog breeds are well-catered for in our extra-large suites; please ask for availability.
- If your dog is entire, we may only sometimes be able to accommodate your pet, especially over our peak times, so please ask.
- We are not able to accommodate females in season (heat).
- If your dogs are not getting along, and we need to separate them, we will book them into separate suites, this move will mean your dogs will be charged individually per dog.

- We do not offer any discounts over public holidays or over our Christmas period (mid December to 31st January)
- Entire dogs are dogs that have not been neutered or spayed and are over 12 months of age.
- All Dogs must be fully vaccinated and be on a regular worm program to stay with us.

KITTY AND CAT BOARDING
- All bedding and toys are provided, and kitties must be in a kitty crate when they arrive.

- Cats and Kittens must be desexed & fully vaccinated to stay with us.

EXIT BATHS
- Dogs are here at Wags Pet Hotel to have fun and to play. They play on grass, they play on mats, they play in pools and sometimes they play in mud. If you don’t want your dog to come home dirty and smelling like a 13 year old kiddo after school camp, book an exit bath when you make your booking or at check in.
